Are Assembly/Installation Instructions Included With CSL Products?
Yes. All instructions are enclosed, typically in the package that includes all hanging hardware and/or parts.
Terms of Sale
Troy-CSL Lighting, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as CSL), terms and conditions of sale are expressed herein and are not subject to modification by acceptance of a purchase order with other additional or conflicting terms and conditions.
TERMS & CREDIT: Net 30 Days from Date of Invoice. A service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be added to past due accounts where applicable.
MINIMUM ORDER SERVICE CHARGE: A service charge of $25 will be added to each order under $100 NET. This excludes lamps and replacement parts.
TAXES: All prices subject to Federal, State, and City taxes where applicable. If goods are for resale, a signed resale certificate must be on file at time of shipment.
FREIGHT POLICY: Orders of $2,500 (Net) or more will be shipped Freight Allowed to one destination. This minimum can be comprised of any standard residential CSL products, $3,500 (Net) Canada, $3,000 (Net) Puerto Rico to Florida only. No freight allowance to Alaska or Hawaii. For freight allowed orders, we will determine the carrier to be used. CSL Lighting will only use customer specified carriers on shipments that are not freight allowed. Many of CSL items can be shipped via UPS; however, many items are oversized and UPS charges dimensional weight. CSL will not be responsible for those charges. Carton sizes may change without notice. When this happens, CSL Lighting will not be responsible for items that have to ship via truck and are not noted in the price sheet. Service charges by carriers are not included in the freight allowance. CSL Lighting will pass on all special handling charges from carriers (i.e.: notification charges, residential delivery fees, lift gate services, COD fees, inside delivery fees, construction site fees, etc.).
CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGE POLICY: Non-Made to Order and Non-Custom Items that has not shipped from CSL Lighting is cancellable without any restocking fee. All cancellation is treated as cancellation requests. If upon investigation and all best efforts to stop your shipment, we may determine it is too late to cancel and will notify you of what your options are. Made to Order and Custom items are non-cancellable if these products have gone into production. When specifying a Made to Order/Custom item, please be sure to double check and verify all specification for the product before placing your order. If said order has gone into production, Order Change requests may not be allowed or are subject to a 50% Rework Fee.
RETURNS: A request for Returned Goods Authorization must be made in writing with a copy of appropriate invoice. Products may be returned only if authorized by CSL in writing and must be in original sealed cartons in re-sellable condition. Made to Order Returns are non-returnable unless authorized by CSL Lighting. All returns are subject to a 50% Restocking Charge plus any charges equivalent to the cost of returning the goods to re-sellable condition if they arrive damaged plus pro-rated freight charges CSL incurred in outbound shipping if the goods were originally shipped Full Freight Allowed. Custom-made, Modified, and discontinued items are not returnable. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Goods returned without CSL’s authorization will be refused. CSL reserves the right to change product policy, etc. without notification.
